Refund Policy

1. Credits Are Non-Refundable

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are virtual currency used within the Warrior Unlocker platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

2. Service Failure Refunds

If a service fails due to a technical issue on our end, you may be eligible for a credit refund. To request a refund:

  • Submit a support ticket within 24 hours of the failed service
  • Provide proof of the failed operation (screenshots/logs)
  • Our team will investigate and issue credits if applicable

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • User error or incorrect device selection
  • Device not compatible with the service
  • Services already successfully completed
  • Credits purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Account termination due to policy violation

4. Refund Process

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued as credits to your account balance. Cash refunds are not available.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will result in immediate account suspension. All credits will be voided, and services will be revoked.
